The mundane tasks of every day - reading a book, listening to music, or riding a bike - and the broad subjects in learning - physics, literature, or math - do not matter much by themselves. However, when individual elements are coupled together, they create new insights into our known experiences. In my art, I explore those cross applications in my daily life to reflect the colorful and talented human mind.
I prefer to design rectangular paintings both digitally on computer and traditionally on wood or canvas, transitioning between warm and cool palettes to present the overall mood in a graphic piece. Diagonals and colors such as black and white are also common in my works, as they form movement and highlight the otherwise simple subject. The theme is always drawn from my recent experience, and I often drop subtle hints in my paintings to allude to its reference.
It was always a struggle for me to make art meaningful. Sometimes, it is the from simplest of things. I just have to open my eyes to see the connections.
